    Why Think Differently?

Initially created to fulfill the rising demand for executive coaching that supports the mental wellbeing of staff, we expanded our scope to reflect our passion for neuroaffirming mental health education.

Mental wellbeing is precious. Research shows that 51% of the Australian workforce has experienced a mental health condition, and that one in five Australians aged 16-85 experience a mental health illness in any year. With at least one is six of us experiencing anxiety, and Australian research suggesting one in ten people have an ADHD neurotype, demand for solid information has never been higher.

Whether speaking about brain differences, reducing burnout, improving wellbeing, neurodiversity, ADHD or reducing stress, these topics change lives for the better. Think Differently has grown by demand, to include speaking and presenting at events and conferences, customised webinars, workshops and an online programs.

Investing into mental health is both an excellent personal decision, and something that makes great business sense at every level.

    Before Think Differently…

Dr Amanda Mullin founded and remains the Director of the multiple award winning Private Practice, Mindworx Psychology.  Founded in 2014, with a focus on excellence and gold standard treatments, under her Directorship, Mindworx Psychology has grown to become one of Sydney’s leading private clinical psychology practices, with a large team of Psychologists helping hundreds of children and adults each week.

Without mental health, there is no real health.

Let me encourage you to Think Differently – every person has a unique profile of strengths and weaknesses. And ‘high functioning’ people are often the ones we least expect to be hiding their struggle. And yet, so many people mask and hide their symptoms of burnout, neurodiversity, ADHD, or mental health.

Investing into mental health is both an excellent personal decision, and something that makes great business sense at every level.
