This often intensifies when children enter the picture – sometimes bringing along their own adorable little ADHD traits. Parents are eager to learn how to support and parent a child with ADHD, but they quickly realise they need tools for themselves, too.

This course was developed from thousands of hours of one-on-one work with incredible clients, and it’s a compilation of techniques that truly work. These are the same strategies that have changed lives and the ones I rely on myself as a wife, mother, cancer survivor, business owner – and ADHDer.
